Under the Amber Lights Featuring Kailee Duggan
Wednesday, January 28 at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
We’re excited to share with you the fourth edition of our live music series, Under the Amber Lights, featuring Somebody 1990.
Warm songs, quiet moments, and music that feels like home.
Under the Amber Lights is a free live music series at Vice & Virtue Brewing, created for nights when the lights are low, the pace is unhurried, and the music takes centre stage. These sessions spotlight artists whose songs invite reflection, connection, and a deeper kind of listening.
This evening features Kailee Duggan, an Okanagan-based singer-songwriter known for her smooth, soulful folk sound and quietly captivating presence. Blending elements of folk, pop, jazz, and classic singer-songwriter traditions, Kailee’s music draws comparisons to artists like Norah Jones and Lianne La Havas. Her songs are rooted in honesty — stories of growth, introspection, and everyday moments delivered with warmth and a light-hearted charm.
From intimate living room shows to opening for respected Canadian artists such as Steven Page, Dan Mangan, Jill Barber, and Current Swell, Kailee has built a reputation for performances that feel personal and genuine. Following the release of her debut single So Bad at Being Alone! and leading into her debut album Train Of Thought, this Under the Amber Lights session offers a rare chance to experience her music up close in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Come early, grab a drink, and settle in for a midweek night of thoughtful songs and shared atmosphere.
