Under The Amber Lights Live Music Series continues at Vice & Virtue Brewing with another intimate night of live music in Kelowna’s North End brewery district.
 
 
On Wednesday, May 20 from 7 to 9pm, enjoy a free live performance by Kelowna based artist Bex. Blending alternative indie folk with introspective songwriting, Bex creates music that feels both emotionally resonant and quietly powerful. Her sound moves fluidly across genres, resulting in a live performance that feels organic, expressive and refreshingly eclectic.
 
 
With a stage presence that balances strength and softness, Bex draws listeners in through dynamic vocals and deeply personal lyricism. Influenced by artists like Lisa Hannigan, Bess Atwell, Noah Gundersen, Fink, and Adam Duritz, her music reflects a long evolving creative journey shaped by storytelling and emotional depth.
 
 
Bex has previously warmed up the stage for acclaimed Canadian artists including Danny Michel and The Pack A.D., and continues to perform nationally as part of indie folk duo Josh + Bex. With her upcoming EP Sad Girl SZN set for release in winter 2025, this performance offers an opportunity to experience her evolving sound in an intimate live setting.
