We’re rolling out a refreshed brunch menu just in time for the occasion, featuring a mix of elevated classics and new seasonal additions. From rich, savoury plates to lighter, fresh options, every dish is crafted with intention and flavour at the forefront.

• Vice Breakfast Sammy: Japanese-style steamed egg, house bacon, pickled fresno chillies, arugula, aioli, brioche bun, served with potato chips
• BLT Benny: Poached eggs, house bacon, tomato jam, smoked hollandaise, arugula, cherry tomatoes, English muffin
• Pulled Pork Hash: Roasted potatoes, pulled pork, poached eggs, smoked hollandaise, BBQ sauce, arugula, aioli, potato chips
• Veggie Lovers Hash: Roasted potatoes and parsnips, stewed leeks, poached eggs, smoked hollandaise, arugula, cherry tomatoes
• Crab & Asparagus Benny: English muffin, poached eggs, crab, asparagus, tarragon hollandaise, arugula, tomatoes
• Avocado Toast: Sourdough bread, microgreens, hemp hearts, feta, fig balsamic
• Brown Butter Waffles: House waffles with seasonal preserves, whipped cream, and syrup

To toast the occasion, we’re also offering a Mimosa Flight featuring four flavours: orange, mango, pineapple, and grapefruit. A perfect way to share, sample, and celebrate.
