Long Table Dinner – The Rising Tide

Long Table Dinner – The Rising Tide
Saturday, August 29 at 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
An unforgettable evening celebrating the bounty of the sea.
Our next Long Table Dinner brings together exceptional seafood, thoughtful pairings, and the stories behind every catch. We’re excited to welcome Jonathan Crofts of Codfathers Seafood, one of the Okanagan’s most respected fishmongers, as our special host for the evening along with our chef Matt.
For more than 25 years, Codfathers Seafood Market has been a cornerstone of the Okanagan food community, bringing sustainably sourced seafood from trusted fishers and harvesters to local tables. As a full-service fishmonger, Codfathers is committed to responsible sourcing, supporting coastal communities, and utilizing every part of the fish with a “fin-to-tail” philosophy that minimizes waste. Their dedication to quality, sustainability, and education has made them a favourite among chefs, home cooks, and seafood lovers throughout the region.
Throughout the night, Jonathan will be shucking fresh oysters, sharing tales from the coast, and offering a behind-the-scenes look at sustainable seafood, sourcing, and the people who bring the ocean to our tables. Paired with a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu from our kitchen and carefully selected beverages, this is an intimate dining experience designed to celebrate great food and even better company.
Expect a family-style, multi-course dinner designed to showcase the natural flavours of the harvest, paired with wine and/or a curated selection of Vice & Virtue beers to complement each course.
