An Evening Where Beer, Food & Community Meet

We’re launching our newest dining series at Vice & Virtue Brewing: Long Table Dinner – a monthly, communal dining experience built around great food, thoughtful pairings, and even better company.

For our first edition, we’re bringing it back to our roots with a Brewmaster’s Edition. Expect a family‑style, multi‑course dinner designed to showcase how beer and food come together at the table. Our culinary and brewing teams will collaborate on a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, and carefully selected Vice & Virtue beers paired throughout the evening.

The evening will also feature a special cask release, available exclusively for the night. Our brewer Andrew already has big plans for this unique brew, making it a one-time experience you won’t want to miss.

Chef Matt has curated a 4-course menu with bread service, designed for sharing and enjoyed family-style:

  • Malted barley & Parmesan pull-apart focaccia
  • Poached rhubarb & spring greens with puffed grains
  • Roasted asparagus with smoked mayo, torn burrata & sourdough croutons
  • Fennel porchetta: Crispy skin pork belly cured with fennel, shallots, garlic, and loads of fresh herbs, wrapped around pork loin and roasted to perfection. Served with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, chimichurri & seasonal vegetables.
  • “Love Potion” tres leches cake: Tres leches infused with love potion syrup, topped with fresh raspberries, bee pollen & sweetened condensed milk

The night is all about connection – a long table, shared plates, flowing conversation, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a longtime regular, a craft beer enthusiast, or just someone who loves a memorable meal, this is an evening meant to be enjoyed slowly and together.

With Hasselback potato, pickled garlic scape, Gorgonzola garlic butter, chimichurri & beef jus

Making a reservation is completely free of charge – we do, however, require a $20 credit card authorization per person to discourage spam and last-minute cancellations which results in wastage of food and ingredients that we purchase specifically for Long Table dinner. This amount will only be charged if you fail to show up for your reservation.
