Long Table Dinner – Pasture to Plate

Saturday, November 14 at 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

An unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of responsibly raised meat and the people behind it.

For our final Long Table Dinner of the season, we’re partnering with Carnist Ethical Butcher for a unique dining experience that explores the connection between farm, butcher, chef, and a shared table. This special evening will highlight premium, ethically raised meats sourced from producers who prioritize animal welfare, sustainability, and exceptional quality.

We’re excited to welcome Tom from Carnist Ethical Butcher, as our special guest for the evening alongside our chef Matt. Throughout the night, Tom will share the stories behind the farms, producers, and animals featured on the menu, offering insight into what makes responsibly raised meat different, why sourcing matters, and how ethical farming practices translate into better flavour on the plate.

Carnist Ethical Butcher has built a reputation for supporting producers who raise animals with care and respect, while providing customers with thoughtfully sourced meats that reflect a commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability. Their passion for connecting people to the origins of their food makes them the perfect partner for this collaborative dinner.

Paired with a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu from our kitchen and carefully selected beverages, this intimate dining experience is designed to celebrate exceptional ingredients, craftsmanship, and community. Expect a family-style, multi-course dinner showcasing a variety of premium meats, paired with wine and/or a curated selection of Vice & Virtue beers selected to complement each course.

Good food has always had a way of bringing people together. Pasture to Plate is an invitation to slow down, share a table, and enjoy an evening built around great company and memorable flavours.

Menu and pricing is currently being finalized and will be announced soon. As always, it will be crafted around the highest quality ingredients available and may be adjusted based on seasonal availability.
