Under The Amber Lights Live Music Series returns to Vice & Virtue Brewing on Wednesday, June 3 from 7 to 9pm with a free live performance by Sammy Cooper.
 
 
Based in Kelowna and originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Sammy Cooper blends folk, rock, and pop into a sound driven by dynamic vocals, honest lyricism, and emotionally grounded songwriting. His music explores themes of love, life, and personal growth, creating songs that feel reflective, relatable, and full of energy.
 
 
Following the release of his debut album The Awakening in August 2023, Sammy has continued building momentum across Canada with engaging live performances and thoughtful songwriting that connects naturally with audiences. His performances balance heartfelt storytelling with an energetic and interactive stage presence, making each show feel personal and memorable.
 
 
Performing regularly as a trio alongside Dan Jones on bass and David Brama on drums, Sammy brings a full and lively sound to the stage. Blending original music with carefully chosen covers and stories woven throughout the set, the performance creates an atmosphere that feels immersive, welcoming, and easy to connect with.
